Cycle 30 Together works for anyone who wants to burn calories, lose weight or be more fit. Those new to exercise can benefit as Cycle 30 Together is only 30 minutes and you control the intensity, as well as athletes who want to cross-train or just add cardio to their strength routines. The program consists of seven tracks, including a warm-up, an endurance phase and short intervals for bursts of intensity with active recovery. Energetic music will make the time fly by, and you will feel great!
