It incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility and core strengthening. Balance & Flex Together is truly for everyone — new exercisers can work at their own pace while athletes can use the class to keep their bodies in peak condition and facilitate quick recovery. The workout consists of 11 tracks that work the full body, core front, core back, hips and more to promote stability and mobility.
