Job Description

As a Site Manager, you will provide leadership and oversight to a team that includes Family Case Managers, Mental Health Therapists, Youth Development Specialists, Community Site Coordinators, and Community Service Aides. You will be responsible for ensuring quality program implementation, staff supervision, and compliance with organizational and contractual standards.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related human services field
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience supervising professional staff in a human services setting
  • Only candidates with documented supervisory experience will be considered
  • Experience collaborating with schools and community-based organizations
Essential Functions
  • Supervise direct service staff and assist the Director in ensuring implementation of programmatic and administrative duties 
  • Provide oversight of program delivery onsite 
  • Attend MCPS and YMCA meetings as program liaison and provide program regular updates
  • Supervise direct service staff and support the Director with both programmatic and administrative tasks
  • Provide on-site oversight of school-based service delivery
  • Represent the program at Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) and YMCA meetings
  • Monitor and ensure contract compliance through documentation and performance in systems such as eICM, internal tracking platforms, and electronic health records
  • Track and manage staff attendance and punctuality
  • Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and support in accordance with YMCA policies
  • Identify staff training needs and implement professional development plans
  • Hold staff accountable for responsibilities and address performance concerns respectfully and legally
  • Foster a positive, goal-oriented team culture; resolve conflicts when necessary
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource to staff and promote team enrichment
  • Coordinate with school partners to facilitate referrals, obtain consent, and orient families to services
  • Perform other related duties as needed
