Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
 - 1-2 cloves garlic
 - 1 green pepper, diced
 - 1 small onion, diced
 - 2 cans of diced tomatoes and green chilies
 - 1 can pinto beans
 
Directions
- Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, green pepper and onion.
 - Sauté for 2-3 minutes, then add cans of diced tomatoes and beans.
 - Let simmer for 15 minutes, then enjoy!
