Essential Functions
Shape the Future of a Growing Community Hub
The North Brandon YMCA is positioned for growth—in membership, program innovation, and community connection. As Executive Director, you will play a critical role in accelerating that momentum.
You’ll lead efforts to:
- Expand membership, strengthening engagement and retention
- Grow program participation through innovative, high-quality offerings aligned with community needs
- Deepen relationships with community partners, volunteers, and advisory boards
- Drive initiatives that increase access, connection, and long-term impact
This role offers the opportunity to not only lead a center—but to define its future, ensuring it remains a cornerstone for families and individuals across the community.
What Success Looks Like
This is a performance-driven leadership role with clear expectations and meaningful outcomes.
Success will be defined by your ability to:
- Achieve and exceed Association scorecard targets, including membership growth, program revenue, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and operating margin
- Lead a ~$1.8M operation, meeting or surpassing revenue goals while maintaining strong financial performance
- Drive Annual Giving Campaign growth to expand access and community impact
- Build and sustain a high-performing leadership team
- Ensure operational excellence across all program areas, delivering safe, high-quality experiences
- Ultimately, success is measured not just in metrics—but in lives impacted, people served, and alignment with the YMCA’s mission of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
