The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all Duluth Area Family YMCA locations and assigned partner YMCAs. The Human Resource Coordinator works with other leadership team members to ensure organization processes are administered in accordance with federal, state, and city regulations. This role provides administrative support to the HR functions as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry. The HR Coordinator may assist other HR staff with related HR tasks as needed.
