Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent preferred.
- One to two years related experience preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Completion of YMCA program-specific certifications.
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.

Essential Functions
- Supports and supervises service and leadership activities to meet the needs of the community, WashU and the mission of the YMCA.
- Mentor and support student leaders as they develop leadership skills, navigate partnerships, recruit and support volunteers and lead community-based initiatives.
- Oversight of current community service programs, Student Executive Council, and administration support of social media outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations while collaborating closely with YMCA branches and university departments to advance shared goals, including participation in interdepartmental teams.
- Assists in the marketing and distribution of branch information, may organize and schedule program registrations.
- Serve as the backbone of community partnerships by ensuring sustainability and compliance, supporting annual MOUs, and facilitating regular check-ins through meetings, surveys, and emails.
- Develops and monitors program budget to meet fiscal objectives.
- Assists in YMCA fundraising activities and special events.
- May assist with Board of Advisors meetings.
- Support evaluation and reporting on program efficacy
- Performs all other duties as assigned
