We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team! An ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working with teens and/or leading teen programming, such as Youth & Government or Teen Camps, as well as previous supervisory experience. Position Summary:
Develop, organize and implement high quality YMCA Teen Leadership program(s) for our diverse participants. Ensure a safe, positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes participant safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies, practices and procedures.

The full range of the pay grade for this position is $80,184-$96,886 annually.
