You’re a strategic relationship-builder who knows how to turn vision into impact. You possess a Bachelor's Degree in nonprofit management, business administration, public policy, communications, or a related field; or the equivalent combination of education and progressive leadership experience in fundraising, public affairs, or strategic communications. Ideally, you bring 7–10 years of success leading fundraising strategy, securing major gifts, and managing high-value portfolios. You’ve built and coached strong teams, crafted compelling messages, and moved big ideas forward with partners across sectors. You’re data-savvy, creative, and confident engaging executives, donors, and community leaders alike.
Lead bold fundraising that fuels community impact. You’ll grow major gifts and partnerships, while securing multi-year, multi-million investments from individuals, foundations, corporations, and government. Oversee donor relations, grants, and campaigns that advance the Y’s mission. Build and manage a high-performing team, strengthen systems for prospecting and stewardship, and champion collaboration across departments. As a key ambassador, you’ll tell the Y’s story, inspire giving, and ensure every dollar drives measurable change.
