Position Summary:
Develop, organize and implement high quality YMCA youth sports programs for our diverse participants.
Ensure a safe, positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes participant safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies, practices and procedures.

Availability: This position's hours are flexible during the week depending on what is needed to make sure the programs are taken care of and running smooth. Typical schedule is Tuesday-Friday from 10am-8:30pm (as needed for program schedule) and is required to work Saturdays between 7am-6pm when programs are in session.

The hiring range for this position is $77,979-$81,686 annually.
The full range of the pay grade for this position is $77,979-$93,600 annually.
