Under the guidance of the Executive Director, the Senior Child Development Director oversees the development and operations of high-quality member-focused childcare programs through innovative program development, fiscal accountability and evaluations of the Early Childhood Education program, Before and After School Enrichment (BASE) program, Day Camp, Kids Club, Preschool/Teen programs and family events.
