This position is responsible for the creation, implementation, registration, record-keeping, and delivery of wellness programs. This position will also lead assigned aquatic functions and ensuring safety is a top priority. The ideal candidate must have a demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality program, combined with the ability to manage the administrative components of the job. Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to ensure that members and participants have a high-quality experience at the Y. Responsibilities include supervision and training of staff along with new and innovative ideas to grow and expand existing programs.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth offers a competitive salary and benefits package for selected candidates.
The yearly salary range for this position is $14-$17/hr and will be commensurate with the selected candidate's experience.
