This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Serves as a member of the Central YMCA Leadership Team and in coordination with the Senior Aquatic Director, directs and supervises staff, program activities and facilities to meet the needs of YMCA members and the community and fulfill YMCA objectives. Develops, organizes and implements high quality YMCA aquatic programs including swim lessons, water fitness, swim team, rentals, and special events as well as oversee all aquatic staff.
