As a vital branch of our Association, the Stanwood-Camano Island Family YMCA is a cornerstone of the Stanwood and Island communities. With a 2026 operating budget projected at $5.7 million, our 47,000-square-foot facility serves more than 8,000 members annually. With strong partnerships with local schools and civic leaders, the Stanwood-Camano Y is continuing to expand its programmatic offerings into the neighboring communities of Arlington and Smokey Point to better meet the growing needs of our diverse and dynamic community.

Position Summary:
Oversee the total operation of the Stanwood-Camano YMCA branch, including budget, membership, marketing, programs, facilities, volunteer and staff development, financial development, community relations and collaborations with community agencies. Ensure a safe, positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes participant safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies, practices and procedures.

The full range of the pay grade for this position is $114,723-$172,058 annually.
