The Chief Financial Officer is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and a strategic partner to the CEO, the Finance Committee, Endowment Committee and the Board of Directors
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- CPA, MBA, or equivalent preferred
Experience
- 7–10+ years of senior financial leadership experience
- Experience managing a $10 million+ operating budget
- Experience in multi-site or multi-location organizations
- Proven success in financial planning and organizational growth

Essential Functions
- Lead financial strategy and long-term planning
- Ensure strong financial stewardship across all locations
- Support capital projects and facility expansion
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Provide clear, actionable insight to leadership and the Board
- Provide supervision and support to two direct reports, Accounts Payable, Controller
- Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Working with the COO, oversee development of the annual operating budget across all branches
- Manage banking, financing, endowment and capital structures
- Ensure compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness
- Support strategic planning and organizational growth
