The Groups Coordinator will act as the lead program director for all Camp Collins adventure and ropes programs.

Job Description
The GC will act as a lead facilitator, trainer, and equipment manager for all courses, year-round. The GC will act as the lead point of contact, coordinator, and host for all outside rental groups. The GC will support the maintenance department, specifically in the areas of housekeeping and landscaping. The GC will serve on summer camp leadership staff, helping with general summer operations and logistics. The GC will train ropes staff, maintain skill levels, and manage all aspects of the program:
- Manage adventure staff
- Maintain all adventure courses
- Maintain and coordinate all adventure programming safety inspections and certifications
- Schedule and coordinate trainings
- Communicate with outside rental groups
- Staff all rental groups
- Host all rental groups
- Support Maintenance Department year round
- Support Food Service Department year round
- Assist with camp maintenance projects
- Assist with all summer camp programs
- Drive camp vehicles
- Provide support to the camp administrative staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- ACCT Level 2 certification, have or able/willing to obtain
- Positive attitude, initiative, flexibility, dependability and ability to work and problem solve as a team player
- Must pass YMCA background check
- College Degree
- CPR and First Aid certifications within 30 days of employment
- Possess strong customer service skills
