Job Description

The YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne Metro Office is looking for candidates that are detail oriented, organized, self-starters, cause driven, energetic and dependable team players to fill the position of Full-Time HR Administrative Assistant.

Qualifications

Candidates must be committed to contributing to the mission, culture, and values of the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne as well as: 

  • Associate’s degree preferred OR equivalent combination of education/work experience.
  • Two-Three years of related experience is preferred.
  • Excellent human relation skills and enthusiasm.
  • Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, social media sites, and talent acquisition software with the ability to grow with computer technology.
  • An elevated level of organization, flexibility, and ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
Essential Functions

Support the HR Department with various dept. administrative functions related to entry and record-keeping, filing, special projects and the employment life cycle.

Connect with the Metro Office, Branch Management, and Employee Team Members to deliver high-quality customer service.

Deliver HR practices that support the core department processes and allow our branch teams to retain employees and delivery value programming.
