We’re looking for an individual who is responsible for developing and executing the organization’s real estate and facilities strategy to achieve Association objectives. We are one of the largest YMCA’s in North America serving over 240,000 people annually through programs including aquatics, youth sports, childcare, teen outreach, and health and wellness. These programs are administered by a full and part-time staff of over 2,600 who serve at 16 branches and a resident camp.
Position Details
Reporting to the CEO, the Senior Vice President, Chief Properties Officer leads execution of the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas’ facilities strategy across both growth and existing operations. This role is responsible for delivering an ambitious eight-site development and renovation pipeline over the next four years, while also ensuring the effective maintenance, reinvestment, and performance of the YMCA’s current footprint of 16 branches and one resident camp. The SVP owns the full lifecycle of the YMCA’s physical assets—from site strategy and acquisition through design, construction, and ongoing operational performance—ensuring facilities are well-located, efficiently delivered, and consistently high-performing.
