The YMCA of Metro North seeks an experienced and mission-driven leader to serve as Branch Executive Director of the Torigian Family YMCA, one of the Association's flagship branches.
As a member of the executive leadership team, the Executive Director will provide strategic leadership for membership, programs, community engagement, philanthropy, staff development, and branch operations while supporting a six-location, four-branch YNAN association serving communities throughout Boston's North Shore.

Childcare Enrollment 115 daily
Day Camp Enrollment 300 daily
Bachelor's degree required.
Ten or more years of progressive leadership experience.
Strong financial and operational management skills.
Fundraising and community engagement experience.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
YMCA experience as an organizational leader a plus.
Leadership & Administration
Lead all branch operations and strategic initiatives.
Provide leadership for branch and Association priorities.
Collaborate with executive leadership to advance organizational goals.
Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
Financial Management
Develop and administer annual operating budgets.
Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure sound fiscal stewardship and accountability.
Achieve and exceed budgeted revenue and expense goals.
Membership & Program Leadership
Provide oversight for membership, aquatic, health & wellness, youth sports and enrichment, Y Academy (child care), Out-of-School Time Programs, Active Older Adult Programs, and educational initiatives.
Drive growth, retention and engagement in all areas.
Philanthropy
Lead branch fundraising efforts.
Direct Annual Campaign activities.
Cultivate donor relationships and community support.
Support capital and major gift initiatives.
Volunteer & Board Development
Recruit and engage Board of Advisors members.
Foster volunteer leadership and community involvement.
Support local advocacy and fundraising efforts.
Staff Leadership
Recruit, supervise, coach, and evaluate branch leadership staff.
Develop succession planning strategies.
Identify and cultivate emerging leaders.
Promote employee engagement and professional development.
Mission Advancement
Advances the YMCA mission and values while securing resources and support for philanthropic initiatives.
Collaboration
Builds strategic partnerships and develops staff and volunteers to strengthen community impact.
Operational Effectiveness
