Under the direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Talent Acquisition Specialist provides administrative and strategic Human Resources support to assigned branches and supports the Sr. HR Generalist(s) in the areas of talent acquisition, employee onboarding, new hire training and orientation, and reporting and analytics.
