The Dallas YMCA is currently seeking a Senior Healthy Living Coordinator. 
Job Description

The YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas, established in 1885, consists of 17 branches and a destination camp - all dedicated to building healthy, confident, connected, and secure children, adults, families and communities. We are currently seeking a Senior Healthy Living Coordinator. 

The Senior Healthy Living Coordinator leads the implementation and growth of Get Up and Go, FIT for Health and Healthy Lifestyle programming. Manage program operations, data entry, and ensure programs achieve established quality performance outcomes. Builds strategic partnerships to expand referrals, participation, and community impact.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, Community Health, Social Work, or related field (or equivalent experience).

·       Minimum 1-2 years of experience in program management, public health, community health, or related field.

·       Demonstrated commitment to the YMCA mission and the vision and goals of Activate America, with a focus on youth, teens, adult health seekers, and families.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       Strong organizational and administrative skills.

·       Ability to analyze and interpret program data.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CORE (or similar data management systems).

·       Ability to lift to 25 pounds as needed for program supplies and materials.

·       Bilingual (English/Spanish).

·       Available to work evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience implementing evidence-based health programs.

·       Background in quality assurance or compliance monitoring.
