The Morris Hospital YMCA is seeking a dynamic and community-minded Sports Director to lead our sports department into its next chapter of growth. In this role, you won't just be managing leagues; you will be a catalyst for character development. You will oversee the high-quality implementation of programs ranging from our signature Youth Basketball League to adult sports leagues, ensuring that every participant, regardless of age or skill level, finds a place to belong and become their best self.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Supports, develops, organizes and implements high quality sports programming, including, but not limited to: Youth and Adult Sports Programming and Sports Leagues including the Youth Basketball League.
