Under the direction of the Senior Program Director, the Youth Activities Director is responsible for the growth, development, and overall success of all youth programming. This includes, but is not limited to, Summer Day Camp, Short Sports, Birthday Parties, School’s Out programming, and other non-athletic youth program offerings. This role provides both strategic and hands-on leadership to enhance program quality, reach, and impact through innovation, community and member feedback, and collaboration with leadership staff across the organization. Participant safety is the highest priority and is embedded in all aspects of program planning, staff supervision, and daily operations.
