Association Membership Director

This position provides strategic leadership, guidance, and mentorship—aligning membership operations with our association’s goals, best practices, and commitment to exceptional service. The Director will drive membership growth and engagement, including through third-party partnerships, and will use NPS feedback and data insights to enhance member experiences, strengthen programs, and spark innovation. In collaboration with branch and association leaders, this role will also help shape a strong, sustainable budget and ensure consistency in operations and service excellence. This is a full-time exempt leadership role within one of the largest YMCA associations in the United States.
