Position Summary:
Develops, organizes and implements high quality, member-focused YMCA aquatic programs. Ensure a safe, positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes participant safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies, practices and procedures.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to sit, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to handle, feel or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.

The hiring range for this position is $77,979-$81,686 annually.
The full range of the pay grade for this position is $77,979-$93,600 annually.
