The YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking a Member Services Director to join our team. 
Job Description

The Member Services Director works with senior staff to implement member services strategies that focus on recruitment and retention of members. 

Wage: $21.47 to $23.47 per hour, depending on qualifications

Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Location: Lakewood Family YMCA, Lakewood WA

Qualifications

  • I have a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent knowledge and experience in communication, business, or related field that includes supervision, fiscal management, program development, staff, and volunteer development.

  • Must be able to pass Background and Reference checks (in accordance with the WA State Fair Chance Act).
Essential Functions
  • Direct and organize member services team with a focus on member experience and retention.
  • Coordinate and support program and membership enrollment and systems in support of member experience.
  • Assist marketing efforts focused on internal/external marketing strategies and production of material to support member experience and retention.
  • Track and utilize data to drive staffing schedule and experiential decisions.
  • Distribute results, organize, and maintain reports.
  • Supervise all aspects of membership accounting and processes to include all transactions.
  • Key liaison to Association Engagement Center.
