The Aquatic Director is responsible for the development and implementation of safe, quality programs for members and guests. This includes coordination and supervision of swimming lessons, lifeguard/open swimming, specialty aquatic programs, and CPR/First-Aid/Lifeguard training. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of an Associate's degree or three years related experience. Current lifeguard certification is required, and experience in recruitment, training, and development of staff and volunteers.
