General Function
Supervisory Responsibility
The Facilities Director will supervise all custodial staff. They will provide direction, coaching, and
assistance to the custodial staff and YMCA team members with the goal of ensuring the building and
property are clean, safe and operational. Other supervisory tasks will be required such as managing
schedules, approving timecards, completing performance reviews and collaborating with YMCA
partners.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Expected Hours of Work
The Facilities Director hours will vary. There may be times they will be expected to be on the property on weekends, at night, or early morning, which is dependent on the needs of the property and facility. This includes being on-call for repairs or issues that arise after scheduled work hours.
