The Senior Director of Human Resources is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support the organization’s long-term goals. This role oversees all facets of human resources, including talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the Senior Director partners with stakeholders to foster a high-performance culture, enhance employee engagement, and drive business outcomes through people strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team across various functions including HRBP, talent management, fostering a sense of belonging, and total rewards.
Talent Management:
Oversee end-to-end talent lifecycle—recruitment, onboarding, development, succession planning, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Champion initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Drive employee engagement programs and feedback mechanisms.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are following federal, state, and local regulations. Manage risk related to employment law and labor relations.
Compensation & Benefits:
Oversee design, implementation, and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with organizational goals and market standards.
Change Management:
Lead HR efforts during organizational changes such as mergers, acquisitions, or restructurings. Provide change management expertise and communication planning.
