The Harlem YMCA is seeking a New Americans Initiative Instructor who will be responsible for developing curricula that are aligned with adult learning principles and the necessary educational gains, facilitating assigned classes (in ESOL, HSE/ABE, Citizenship, Technology, Foreign Language, or other assigned class), evaluating students’ progress, and supporting the programs and services within the New American Initiative.
