    The Y hosts national events for all ages, including national youth competitive sports events in swimming and gymnastics that promote excellence and teamwork. Adults can join the YMCA Masters Swim Meet and National Pickleball Tournament. Healthy Kids Day®, a long-standing tradition, inspires families to stay active with free, fun activities at Ys nationwide focused on youth development and healthy living.

    The General Assembly of YMCAs is a national convening to foster the Y Movement and mission. Over 4,000 board members and volunteers from across the country every three to four years to learn, connect, and build community. The 2026 General Assembly will take place Sept. 17-19 in New Orleans, LA.
