Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent education and experience. 
  • Experience in social media management, digital content creation, or related work preferred. 
  • Hands-on experience creating and scheduling content across major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). 
  • Basic video capture and editing skills; experience with mobile videography a plus. 
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS), preferably Drupal or similar platform, a plus. 
  • Familiarity with digital signage platforms (e.g., Navori) a plus. 
  • Working knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite. 
  • Willingness to learn and effectively utilize AI-powered tools to support content creation, scheduling, and workflow efficiency. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively. 
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
Essential Functions
  • Create and schedule social media content across association platforms, in alignment with content themes and campaign priorities set by the Senior Director of Digital Marketing & AI Strategy, and in close day-to-day collaboration with the Senior Digital Marketing & Communications Manager. 
  • Write clear, on-brand copy for social media posts, website content, email content, and digital signage. 
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, on-brand manner, escalating sensitive issues as needed. 
  • Capture and edit social media videography, including short-form content for branch and association-level campaigns. 
  • Execute day-to-day website content updates, including page edits, event listings, and content refreshes, under the direction of the Senior Director of Digital Marketing & AI Strategy, working in close day-to-day collaboration with the Senior Digital Marketing & Communications Manager. 
  • Manage day-to-day digital marketing screen content (Navori) across branches, ensuring timely updates and brand consistency. 
  • Support branch digital project requests, coordinating directly with branch staff to deliver content and updates on time and on brand. 
  • Maintain accurate local business listings across platforms, including Google Business Profiles and other relevant directories, association-wide. 
  • Assist with organizing and preparing campaign assets for use across social, web, and email channels. 
  • Working knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to design clean, on-brand graphics for web, social, and digital signage use. 
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform features, and content best practices. 
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills across all internal and external interactions. 
  • Work in close daily collaboration with the Senior Digital Marketing & Communications Manager, who provides content direction, quality review, and day-to-day task coordination. 
  • All other duties as assigned.
