Branch Executive Director - Rocky Run YMCA

Looking for an experienced Executive Director with extensive experience in membership and program growth to join our team
Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Leader to provide the vision, leadership, and accountability behind the success of one of our YMCA branches. This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for the overall performance of the branch, including financial results, member experience, team member experience, membership growth and engagement, community partnerships, fundraising, and day-to-day operations.

You'll lead a large, diverse team while coaching and developing the department leaders responsible for delivering the Y experience every day. Just as importantly, you'll serve as an ambassador for the YMCA in the community—building relationships with members, volunteers, community leaders, and partners and connecting them to our mission. If you're a proven operational leader who knows how to develop people, drive business performance, and build meaningful community relationships, we'd love to meet you.
