The Southern District YMCA is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and service-oriented Marketing Manager to tell the YMCA story and strengthen engagement throughout our community.
This position is ideal for an experienced marketing manager with the expertise and initiative to lead marketing efforts, drive strategic priorities, and hold ownership of organization-wide marketing initiatives. Reporting to senior leadership, the Marketing Manager serves as the organization's primary marketing professional, leading the execution of marketing and communication initiatives while contributing to broader organizational goals.
The ideal candidate is a positive, collaborative marketing leader who demonstrates initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to build strong relationships across the organization and community. This individual is a strategic and creative problem-solver who can identify opportunities, navigate challenges, and develop innovative approaches to promote programs as well as track and communicate community impact. Success in this role requires experience, talent, diplomacy, professionalism, adaptability, exceptional organizational skills, and a genuine commitment to advancing the YMCA's mission and serving others.
