The Senior Operations Executive - Staff Development & Leadership plays a pivotal role in driving organizational excellence by fostering a culture of continuous learning and leadership growth. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive staff development programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify leadership potential and create tailored development pathways that enhance employee engagement and performance. By leveraging data-driven insights, the executive will evaluate program effectiveness and continuously refine initiatives to meet evolving business needs. Ultimately, this role ensures that the organization cultivates a strong leadership pipeline, empowering teams to achieve operational success and sustain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, staff development, or leadership training roles.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful leadership development programs.
  • Strong understanding of organizational behavior, talent management, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in leadership development or coaching (e.g., CPLP, ICF credentials).
  • Experience working within large, matrixed organizations or multinational companies.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and data analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
Essential Functions
  • Develop and execute strategic staff development and leadership programs that support organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and identify high-potential employees for leadership development.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and mentorship initiatives to enhance leadership capabilities across all levels.
  • Monitor and analyze program outcomes using key performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead change management efforts related to staff development initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and integration within the company culture.
  • Manage budgets and resources allocated to staff development and leadership programs effectively.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in leadership development to innovate and enhance program offerings.
