Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, or Business administration preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Three or more years’ work experience in Information technology management is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must including presentation and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence all levels of the organization.
  • Budgeting experience preferred.
Essential Functions
  • Supervise IT staff, fostering teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Responsible for the management and oversight of a $1.6M IT budget, to ensure vendor services are cost effective, and align with operating budget.
  • Supervise the design, implementation, and maintenance of physical network and internet infrastructure for all branch and program locations.
  • Serve as a trusted technology partner to branch leadership and program staff.
  • Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Evaluate technology recommendations that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Maintain and document improvements for physical and network security systems to protect staff, members and organizational data. (Cyber Security plan)
  • Support new program launches, branch renovations and organizational growth through the development of a master technology plan.
  • Provide hands-on support, as needed, for security camera systems, and network issues.
