Develops intermediate swimmers basic stroke technique in freestyle and backstroke and reinforces endurance for both swimming and treading water with a focus on deep water confidence.
- Goals for this class is to encourage students to feel confident and strong swimming and treading in deep water and increase overall stamina, introducing new strokes and technique.
- This stage is designed to help improve freestyle, backstroke, and elementary backstroke technique and stamina, introduce treading and distance swimming.
