Parent/Child Swim Lessons
Water Acclimation classes allow students to develop comfort with underwater exploration and learn to safely exit in the event of falling into a body of water in Stage 1. This stage lays the foundation that allows for a student’s future progress in swimming. See Swim Lessons for an overview of our Stages progression.

Bridges fundamental safety and aquatics skills to water confidence and increased self-awareness. Introduces basic swim and self-rescue skills independent of parents.
- Goals for this stage are for students to gain self-reliance in a group environment, gain social skills in listening to directions, taking turns, and interacting on their own.
- This stage focuses on water comfort, basic swim skills such as forward movement, front/back floating, and entering/exiting the pool.
