Stage B - Water Exploration
Parent/Child Swim Lessons
Our water exploration classes teaches water adjustment and basic swimming skills for preschool children, providing a structured space where they can build confidence in the pool, become comfortable with structured classes in the pool, and make new friends! These classes focus around five main components: personal safety, personal growth, stroke development, water games, sports and rescue awareness. fitness goals. Our certified Personal Trainers can help you develop a
fitness plan specific to your goals and offer you the support you need
to reach them safely.
Individual Personal Training Sessions (1 person)
- Your trainer will work with you individually t oguide and motivate
you through a safe and effective 55-minute session geared to your
Tandem Personal Training Sessions (2 people) - Pairing
up with a workout partner with similar fitness goals is a great way to
keep yourself motivated during your workouts and focused on your
fitness goals outside of the gym.
Small Group Personal Training Sessions (up to 4 people) - Small
Group Personal Training at the East County Family Y is a fun,
affordable way to intensify and add variety to your exercise routine.
Classes are small (no more than 4 participants) and taught by a
Certified Personal Trainer or expert in their training type.
