School Age - Swim Lessons
Stage 5 swim lessons for school age children at the YMCA focus on stroke development, improving front crawl (freestyle) and back crawl (backstroke) stamina, developing breaststroke and butterfly, and building endurance techniques for deep water safety such as treading water and sidestroke. On or before 04/01/2019
This is a class is for swimmers who already have knowledge of the four strokes and are comfortable in the deep end. Students in this class will focus on developing strokes further and gaining the endurance to swim up to 50 yards. Swimmers will also continue practice of treading water, and diving.
