Introduction to Water Polo Skills
This class will emphasize building strength and stamina for treading water, dribbling, passing and other ball handling skills. Participants will learn team work and strategy to prepare for short scrimmages.
Sessions: August, September and October
Requirements: Participants must complete a 100 yard swim and be able to tread water for 1 minute.
