This stage lays the foundation that allows for a student’s future progress in swimming. See Swim Lessons for an overview of our Stages progression.

It’s all about the touches on ball, repetition, fitness and fun. Our “goal” is for each participant to end each session with a greater understanding of the game and an improved overall skill set.
Coach Juna’s passion for soccer began when she was five years old and has only grow over the years. She played on local competitive teams growing up, varsity soccer at San Dieguito Academy and then went on to play at the collegiate level at the University of La Verne where she earned All SCIAC First-Team honors. Juna has been playing in the adult arena leagues for the past three years, as well as working at the YMCA in fitness and in youth sports.
She aims to instill a love for the game by incorporating the fundamentals of the games in a fun and exciting manner.
