Our multi-sport programs promote fitness by providing an introduction to a wide variety of sports, games and a variety of enrichment activities while emphasizing character values and sportsmanship.

this camp emphasizes the basic football skills of passing, catching, defending and running. Campers will also learn formations, pass patterns and different types of defense. Each day will include 3 hours of instruction by YMCA sports instructors.
