This small group training uses TRX Suspension Training bodyweight exercises that will challenge your body to develop strength, flexibility and core stability. The unique TRX Suspension Trainer was born in the Navy SEALs and leverages gravity and bodyweight, providing a variety of full-body exercises. With adjustable bands, you are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise.
