Get ready for skiing and snowboarding season - in the pool! Ramp up your training without tearing up your joints. Increase strength, endurance, and balance. Take your skiing to the next level!. This aquatic training class is an excellent option to increase your strength and cardio fitness with minimal impact to your joints. Skiiers, snowboarders and runners can all benefit. Monthly sessions meet Mondays and Fridays; drop ins are welcome.
