10 Session Package
Our certified personal trainers use their knowledge of current research concepts, methods of sound exercise principles, and state-of-the-art equipment to guide you to your fitness goals. Based on your health and individual needs, our personal trainers will customize and implement a program to fit your goals. No matter your fitness level, nothing can replace the support, challenge, and accountability that come with a trainer onboard your workout.

Enjoy the flexibility of private or semi-private swim lessons at the YMCA. Private lessons are a great way to improve swimming skills and water safety techniques of any level. These 30-minute lessons provide individualized and unique attention to suit your personal needs. Our certified swim instructors will help you progress at your own pace while enhancing your skills and improving your overall endurance level.
Semi-private swim lesson provide the option to learn with a friend while still enjoying the personalized attention and focus of a dedicated instructor.
Semi-Private Lessons: 1 instructor per 2 or more participants **register for lessons at South Bay Family YMCA. Both parties must be present to register for semi-private lessons.
Private Swim Lessons
With private one-on-one lessons, an instructor can spend more time with a student, helping overcome obstacles which may require more time or dedication than a standard swim lesson.

Semi-Private Swim Lessons
Classes are open to Y members and participants.
Registrations will be taken on a first come, first served basis.
No refunds will be given once the session has started.
