15 Sessions Personal Training
Our certified personal trainers use their knowledge of current research concepts, methods of sound exercise principles, and state-of-the-art equipment to guide you to your fitness goals. Based on your health and individual needs, our personal trainers will customize and implement a program to fit your goals. No matter your fitness level, nothing can replace the support, challenge, and accountability that come with a trainer onboard your workout.
On or before 12/31/2018
engaging 45-minute exercise sessions heat up all the major muscle
groups for total body conditioning. Each participant works at his/her
chosen level of resistance, while enjoying the challenge and camaraderie
of a group setting. Free 30-minute Group Gravity classes have been
scheduled for first-time participants (one time only).
Healthy Joint GRAVITY Classes
addition to the GRAVITYPilates, Total Body Workout, and Core
Conditioning classes, the Healthy Joint classes combine total body
conditioning with specific exercises to improve optimal joint function
of the lower back, shoulder or knee. Detailed cues are provided to help
restore awareness, mobility and stability of the specific joint with
