Strength Training Program

This fitness program, designed for youth and teens ages 10-17, uses the outdoor and indoor exercise spaces.
The 55-minute classes meet once or twice a week for eight weeks. The program consist of 10-15 minutes of dynamic warm up to prepare the body for 35-40 minutes of strength training focusing on special exercises that use more muscle groups at the same time. The final 10 minutes of the session will be spent improving flexibility.
Note No class the week of spring break (4/9-4/13).
