Our personal trainers use their extensive knowledge of current research concepts, methods of sound exercise principles and state-of-the-art equipment to guide you to your fitness goals, and are accredited through the NCCA or have a degree in exercise science (or a related field).

Based on your health and individual needs, our personal trainers will customize and implement a program to fit your goals.

Different Types of Personal Training and Fitness

If you need a little more support and accountability than our group exercise classes, our personal training programs offer the opportunity to work one-on-one with a certified personal trainer. We also offer small-group sessions so friends and family can have fun and support each other while breaking a sweat!

KickStart

Every member receives thirty days of personalized support from one of our professionally trained wellness coaches through our KickStart program.

In this program, members receive three one-on-one sessions designed to set goals and create a customized plan to help achieve it.
