Youth Gymnastics Class
The Y's progressive gymnastics program for girls has been developed by professional coaches to provide a safe and solid foundation for gymnasts of all levels to grow and work on strength, coordination and self-esteem.

This class is for ALL LEVELS. Body Pump is a fun 60 minute workout
designed for ALL fitness levels. This athletic based workout uses
barbells with adjustable weights to work every major muscle group in the
body. With motivating music, Body Pump strengthens, tones and defines
with great results.
